Reso 1155 2-V-73 RESOLUTION N0. 1155 OF THE PLANNTNG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING the approval af a variance from Section 8ti.2 of the Agr Ordinance Nn. 220(i) to reduce the acreage requiremenC for use of an on-site sewage disposal system from 4.9 acres to � 1.36 acres. ZONE: A1-43 (Agricultural-Residential, single-family, one-acre lots) ACREAGE: 1.36 acres ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: 1. The Commission finds that the granting of this variance is not contrary to any previous actions taken relative to the requirement for proper sanitary services in this area. The applicant presently has a septic tank on the site and the granting of this variance does not allow an additional septic tank but merely allo�as an addition to ths existing dwellin� unit. Said dwelling unit does n�t provide for additional restroom facilities. CONDITIONS: 1-i4 Standard Conditions � �5.
