15. The approval is based upon the site plan laUeled Exhibit A, 1-U-73.
16. The use of the parsonage buil.ding is restricted to the provision of
' living quarters for a single-family as defined by City Ordinance.
Any subsequent use of th� building for group living quarters or
other group activity uses shall be reviewed and approved by the
Planning Conmiission.
17. Adequate space shall be provided to enable vehicles to turn around
within the par.sonage site.

application for a USE PERMIT, as stated on Page 2; and
tJHEREAS, the applicant has met the burden of proof required to support
• said applicaCion; and '
tdHEREAS,.the Planning Commission finds thaC the application meets the
following requirements:
_ a. Encourages the most appropriate use of land,
b. Conserves and sCabilizes the value of property.
c. Provides for adequate open spaces for light and air,
d. Permits �dequate control of f.ires,
e. Promotes the healCh, safety and public welfare,
f. Provides for �he orderly development of the City, and
g. Is ad to the property and improvements in the zoning
district and neigr;barhood in which the property is located;
