INFORMING the existing and any future owner of
Assessor Parcel No. 371-8-17 that the recommendation
for a change of zone for said property from R1-10
and R3-2.2 to CG is predicated on the property being
used on an off-street parking area. If the property
is projected for some use other than the expansion
of off-street parking facilities, a public hearing
may be scheduled to rezone the property to a use as
may be determined by the Planning Commission and City
Council.
