CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.

16. All conditions as set f orth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1111

18. A revised map shall be prepared to describe the precise location
of Stevens Creek whereupon a 60-foot wide dedication in fee shall be made
outward from the creek centerline to the Santa Clara County Flood Control
District.
19. The revised map shall be prepared describing a public right-of-way �
easement to be located as described on the approved development plan
exhibit (Exhibit B lst Revisi.on). Said right-of-way easement shall
extend through Lot 34 to connect with the City of Cupertino Pump
Gallery and the City of Cupertino's unimproved park site c�mmonly
known as the "Horse Ranch". Said right-of-way easement shall be
dedicated to the City of Cupertino.
