APPLICANT: The Westfield Company ADDRESS: 2075 De La Cruz Boulevard, Santa Clara, California SUBMITTED: June 16, 1972 LOCATION: Within the southwest quadrant of the intersection of Tantau and Pruneridge Avenues ZONE: P (Planned Development) with planned manufacturing intent ACREAGE: 8.84+ CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS: 1-14. Standard Conditions 15. The applicant shall provide an appropriate legal document prior to issuance of a building permit, to create a joint easement over parking areas to ensure interrelated off-street parking circula- tion. 16. The applicant shall bear a proportional share, as determined by ® the City, of the cost of providing signalization at the inter- section of Pruneridge and Tantau Avenues. Said signal shall be installed at such time as warranted by the City of Cupertino. 17. The street frontages of parcels 1 and 2 shall be landscaped concurrently in a manner as approved by the Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
