RECOMMENDING THE GRANTING of a tentative map to
divide 8.84 acres into two parcels.

CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS:

15. The applicant shall provide an appropriate legal document prior
to issuance of a building permit, to create a joint easement over
parking areas to ensure interrelated off-street parking circula-
tion.
16. The applicant shall bear a proportional share, as determined by
® the City, of the cost of providing signalization at the inter-
section of Pruneridge and Tantau Avenues. Said signal shall be
installed at such time as warranted by the City of Cupertino.
17. The street frontages of parcels 1 and 2 shall be landscaped
concurrently in a manner as approved by the Architectural and
Site Approval Committee. The intent of this condition is to
provide continuous landscaped street frontages which are
compatible with existing landscaping within Vallco Park,
whether or not the subject property is developed at this time.
