OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING that the dedication along the Vista
Drive frontage be required at this time and that
the applicant be allowed to delay any financial
obligations for improvements along Parcel D and
also to delay payment of storm drainage fees
along Parcel D until such time as the property
develops.
