RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF a tentative map to
divide 6.12 acres into eleven duplex lots and one
multiple residential lot.

CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. Street improvements and area fees may be deferred for Lot 12 of
tentative map labeled Exhibit A, 10-TM-72, subject to the posting
of a bond to guarantee eventual completion of improvements and
payment of fees.
