RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF a tentative map to.
combine ten lots into one parcel and provide for
required roadway right of way dedications.

CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with
the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict
does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall
apply.
15. That the "possible ultimate roadway" as shown on the tentative map
and the typical roadway section are not approved.
Provision shall be made for a dedication which will provide for a
minimum 24-foot roadway section.

Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
