CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS:
1-14. Standard Conditions
15. The lot drainage problem associated with Parcels One and Two shall
be resolved to the satisfaction of the City Engineer prior to
recordation of the final map.
16. The existing house and barn on the subject property shall be
removed from the site or resited in a manner to conform to the
City's building setback requirements. A performance bond or
® cash deposit can be posted with the City to guarantee removal
within a specified period as determined by the City Engineer
if it is not feasible to immediately remove the buildings
because of tenancy problems.

the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California,
