DETERMINING THAT A PROPOSED REVISION OF THE UNIT MIX
OF THE FIRST PHASE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NORTH POINT
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ALLOWING FOR THE REPLACEMENT
OF 24 TWO -BEDROOM UNITS WITH 24 TWO-BEDROOM/DEN UNITS
IS NOT A SIGNIFICANT DEPARTURE FROM THE ORIGINAL
PROJECT APPROVAL IN TERMS OF ITS IMPACT ON OFF-STREET
PARKING SPACE NEEDS AND THE GENERATION OF SCHOOL AGE
CHILDREN.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of January, 1972 at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, as
follows:
