Lands within Pruneridge l, 62-6 will be developed in accordance with the substance of the rules and regulations presently existing for Cupertino's "Planned Community District (PC-H� as established �� by the foregoing Cupertino Ordinance No. 002(0�, or any amendment thereto, and in accordance with the rules and regulations incorporated into and made a part of said Ordinance No. 002(0� by refe- rence.
