the Zoning Ordinance of th� Cit3T of Cupert�_no;
I10W, THEREFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. ��ha� the Plann�ng Commission finds tnat the proposed zone change:
a. Encourages the most approp.ria�e L�.se of land,

highest adjoinin� finished grade.
6. Al1 parking areas and driveways will be paved as �hov�n on the
plot plan.
7. Curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and structures aha.l? be installed to
grades aild be constructed in aecordance with standards specified
by the City �ngineer.
8. Drainage within ancl wi�hout the developmtnt shall be to the s�?tis-
iaction of the C:i�Ly Engineer.
9. Stl°eet improvements abutting the applicant's property shall be
accordi;�g to Ci�y standards and specifications.
10. The applicant shall be responsible for cor�pleting �ite as shown oi�
approved plot plan and shall be requ3i�ed to pay� for requi�°ed
er�gineering, checking and inspection fees prior to issuance of
Building Permit.
