The Plannin� Commission vote is tied 2-2 in regard to the
proper zonin� for the proposed land use. Commissioners Ho�;�.n
and Traeumer cons�der the use proper in a CG zone; Comm�.ssion-
ers Frolich and H3rshon consider ML zoning necessary for the
proposed use.
The Planning Commissi�n finds unanimously that if the City
Council should decide that the proposed use is proper in a
CG zor�e, t hen no Variance is neecled for the proposed roofless
"corral" �kiecause City ordinances do not require that retail
sales shall be conducted indoors.
