HoWever, the operation creates a traffic problem in Stevens Canyon Road and Foothill Blvd. It should be investigated, �r:.��hzr an operator of a gravel pit can be rnade to contribute to the cost for necessary road improveme�ts, as other developers are required to. We discussed sucn condif,ions in connec- tion with a similar application within the City limits, but the problem was not solved, as the �pplicant withdrew.
