PC Reso 820 �-u-69 RESOLUTION N0. 820 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CTTY OF CUPERTINO GRANTING AN AMENDMENT TO USE PERMIT OF APPLICATION N0 7 TO ALLOW THE STABLING OF HORSES ON PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING APPROVED COMMER- CIAL RIDING STABLE APPLICANT: Buck Norred ADDRESS: 1177 Olive Branch Lane, San Jose, California SUBMITTED: October 16, 1970 LOCATION: Kaiser Quarry located easterly of Stevens Canyon Road, approximately 1,000 feet southerly of intersection of Stevens Canyon Road and Ricardo Road ZONE: A1-43 (Agricultural-Residential) -------------------------------------------------------------------------�--------- CONDITIONS: 1-6. Conditions 1 through 6 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 637 shall apply to this amendment. 7. Approval is contingent upon receipt of a lease agreement from Kaiser Cement and Gypsum Corporation. Said lease shall include the legal des- cription of the quarry property. The specific site is subject to approval by the City Planner. 8. Approval is contingent upon approval of the site by the Santa Clara County Health Department. 9. Horses shall be permitted to be retained overnight in the quarry site. 10.
