15 The Use Permit is granted for a period of five (5) years.
16 Prior to occupancy of the structure for commercial purposes improvements
shall be made to the exterior of the building and landscaping shall be
installed as required by the Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
17 Sidewalk shall be provided along frontage of lot owned by the applicant
located easterly of the proposed use.
