GRANTING A USE PERMIT to allow the utilization of
existing buildings, located in a BQ (Quasi-Public
Buildings) zone, for a churcfi.

CONDITIONS: .
1-12. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions as enumerated herein. In the event a conflict
does exist the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
13. The parcel map as approved by Planning Commission Resolution No. 717
and by City Council action on December 15, 1969 shall be recorded.
14. A revised parking lot design shall be approved by the Planning Depart-
ment prior to Architectural and Site Approval Committee consideration.
15. The Use Permit is granted for the land as described in the application
and any attachments thereto, and as shown on the plot plan submitted
labeled Exhibit A.
16. All exterior lighting shall be indirect in nature and shall be positioned
in such a manner as to preclude its shining into adjacent residential
property.
17. No phonographs, radios, public address or paging systems, powered mega-
phones, bells, buzzers or similar noise-making devices, including
musical groups, will be permitted outdoors at any time.
18. Landscaping and fencing plans ensuring privacy to existing residents
shall be reviewed at a public hearing before the Architectural and
Site Approval Committee.
