PC Reso 807 12-U-69 RESOLUTION N0. 807 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO amending application 12-�-69 to approve a nine (9) month extension of time to allow the continued utilization of a single-family residential structure as an ambulance headquarters prior to construction of a permanent building. APPLICANT: M. R. Bell, dba AAA Ambulance Company ADDRESS: 807 Benton Street, Santa Clara, California SUBMITTED: August 19, 1970 LOCATION: Approximately 100 feet southerly of the southeast corner of Orange Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard ZONING: CG (General Commercial) AREA: 50' x 135' lot -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS: 1-12. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditons as enumerated herein. In the event that a conflict does exist the special conditons as enumerated herein shall apply. 13. The conditions enumerated in Planning Commission Resolution No. 668 shall remain in effect. 14. An extension of nine (9) months is granted for the utilization of the existing structure, said extension expires on June 8, 1971. 15.
