OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
amending application 12-�-69 to approve a nine (9)
month extension of time to allow the continued
utilization of a single-family residential structure
as an ambulance headquarters prior to construction
of a permanent building.

Orange Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard

CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS:
1-12. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditons as enumerated herein. In the event that a conflict
does exist the special conditons as enumerated herein shall apply.
13. The conditions enumerated in Planning Commission Resolution No. 668
shall remain in effect.
14. An extension of nine (9) months is granted for the utilization of the
existing structure, said extension expires on June 8, 1971.
15. Upon expiration, the applicant shall submit plans for the renovation
of the existing structure or provide a definite date as to the beginning
of construction of the new facility.

Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California by the following
