13. This action shall become effective upon annexation to the City.
14. Upon development of Parcel 2 a turnaround area for automobiles shall
be provided so as to encourage frontal access to McClellan Road.
15. The 12.5 foot portion of Parcel 2 fronting on McClellan Road shall
be reduced to 12 feet.
