OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT PLAN AS REQUIRED BY PLANNING
COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 768, to construct a 119-unit
apartment project as shown on Exhibit B(Revised) of
Application 9-TM-70.

CONDITIONS:
1-12. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
13. The loop street and internal driveways shall be constructed according
to the cross sections as shown on Exhibit C; said exhibit is hereby
made a part of this Resolution.
14. The pavement, curbs, gutters and storm drains of the loop street shall
be constructed to the standards of City streets, subject to the approval
of the City Engineer, except that the City Engineer may permit modifi-
cations recommended by a licensed engineer and subject to City inspection.
15. The loop street and major walkways shall be lighted to an intensity ac-
cording to good engineering practices and standards for the purposes
intended; the type and location of electroliers subject to approval by
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
16. There shall be a system for naming of the loop street or for address
numbers, subject to approval by the Building Department after consulta-
tions with the Postmaster, the Central Fire District and the County
Communications Office.
17. City Ordinance No. 276 regulating parking of trailers, repairing vehicles,
etc. shall apply to the private loop street and to all bay parking along
said street. The parking of recreational vehicles such as boats, trailers,
etc. shall be prohibited throughout the entire development unless said
parking is within an enclosed structure. Vehicular curb parking along the
loop street shall be prohibited.
18. Emergency vehicular access shall be provided as required by the Central
Fire District.
19. The parking refuge on the Foothill Boulevard frontage of the property
as shown on Exhibit B(Revised) shall be subject to the approval of the

19. City Engineer. The applicant shall post a bond in an amount as
c'd required by the City Engineer, guaranteeing the removal and recon-
struction of said area to City standards.
20. Approval is granted for a 119-unit apartment development as shown
on the development plan submitted, labeled Exhibit B(Revised).
21. The developer shall satisfy the off-street parking requirements
in accordance with City Ordinance No. 002(q) as amended.

Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
