RECOMMENDING THE GRANTING OF A ZONE CHANGE on 7.9 acres
from Agricultural-Residential Single-Family one-acre lots
to Planned Development (P) with Planned Industrial Park
(MP) use intended.

CONDITIONS:

13. The use shall conform with the Planned Industrial Park (MP) Ordinance,
within a Planned Development (P) zone.
14. The Inter-City Agreement with the City of Santa Clara, as pertains to
heights of buildings and buffering within 150 feet of residential
property, shall be followed. (See Appendix A attached.)
15. The performance standards in the Light Industrial Ordinance pertaining
to noise and lighting shall be applied in this rezoning.
16. The required landscaping shall be planted immediately along the rear
property line of adjacent residentially zoned properties.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 1970 at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:

BRCERPTS from: INTER-CITY AGREE:KF,NT FOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY
ADJACENT TO COMMON BOUNDARY, as executed by the Cities of
Cupertino and Santa Clara on March 4, 1963.
1• Lands within Pruneridge 1, 62-6 will be developed in accordance
with the substance of the rules and regulations presently existing
for Cupertino's "Planned Community District (PC-H)" as established
by the foregoing Cupertino Ordinance No. 002(0), or any amendment
thereto, and in accordance with the rules and regulations incor-
porated into and made a part of said Ordinance No. 002(0) by
reference. Without intending to exclude other ordinances, the
rules and regulations incorporated in said Ordinance No. 002(0)
are contained in Cupertino Ordinances Nos. 002(h), 002(i), 220
and 220(a).
Z• Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is further agreed that any
development in Pruneridge l, 62-6 within 150 feet of the existing
single family residential area of Westwood Oaks, other than single
� family residential, will not exceed one story and sixteen feet in
height, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
3. Vehicular traffic patterns within Pruneridge 1, 62-6 will be
designed and developed so as not to route traffic generated by
industrial and commercial development within Pruneridge 1, 62-6
through the residential streets of Westwood Oaks; it being under-
stood and agreed, however, that to the extent that the fundamental
character ef these residential streets will not be affected,
Pruneridge Avenue shall be available for the proposed development
within Pruneridge 1, 62-6.
