Encourages the most appro�riate use of land, b. Conserves and stabilizes the value of property, c. Provides for adequate open spaces for light and ai r, d. Pe� adequate control �f fires, e. Promotes the health, safety and public welfare, f. Provides for tl�e orderly development of the City, and g. Is adcantageous to the pro�erty and improvements in the zoning di�trict and neighborhood in which the property i s loc�ated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for the USE PERMIT be, and the same is hereby denied; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the finds quoted above and on page two be approved and adopted, and that the Secretary be, and is hereby directed to notify the parties affected by this decision.
