OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
GRANTING A USE PERMIT to allow a single-family
residential structure to be operated as an antique
store for a period of two years.

CONDITIONS:
1-12 Standard Conditions, with the exception that Condition S, requiring
construction of a 6-ft high masonry wall adjacent to residential
zones, shall not be required at this time.
13 Three (3) off-street parking spaces, excluding the garage space,
shall be provided in accordance with City standards.
14 The roof materials shall comply with the requirements of Fire Zone 2
and the electrical wiring shall be in conformance with the Electrical
Code for commercial use.
15 Prior to occupancy of the existing structure for commercial purpo�es
the applicant shall submit an application for architectural and-site
evaluation by the Architectural and Site Approval Committee. Changes
to the structure shall be made as required by said committee.
16 Merchandise shall not be displayed outside of the existing structures.
17 The permit is granted for a period of two (2) years ending February 24,
1970.

RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
GRANTING A USE PERMIT
WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the C�ty of Cupertino
received an application for a USE PERMIT, as stated on Page
2; and
WHEREAS the applicant has met the burden of proof required
to support said application; and
WHEREAS the Planning Commission finds that the application
meets the following requirements:
a. Encourages the most appropriate use of land,
b. Conserves and stabilizes the value of property,
c. Provides for adequate open space for light and air,
d. Permits adequate control of fires,
e. Promotes the health, safety and public welfare,
f. Provides for the orderly development of the City,and
g. Is advantageous to the property and imp�ovements in
the zoning district and neighborhvod in which the
property is located;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, fact�, exhibits and
other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for
the USE PERMIT be, and the same is hereby granted, �ubject to
the conditions stated on Page 2; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the aforementioned findings be app�oved and adopted, and
that the Secretary be, and is hereby directed to notify the
parties affected by this deci�ion.
