CONDITIONS:
1-12. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with
the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event that a
conflict does exist the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
13. Adherence to the conditions set forth in Planning Commission
Resolution No. 734 approving the zoning of the property is hereby
made a condition of approval of this Tentative Map.
14. In the event the installation of traffic signals becomes necessary
at the intersection of Homestead Road and Blue Jay Drive the
developer shall participate in the cost of said signalization in
the amount of one-fourth of the total cost.
15. Use of the storm drain easement ad�acent to Blaney Avenue shall
be sub�ect to the approval of the Santa Clara County Flood Control
District.
