Standard Conditions 13. In the event the realignment of Mary Avenue is realized the appropriate dedications shall be made by the developer as required by the City of Cupertino. The developer shall be responsible for the installation of the normal city improvements based upon existing alignment of Mary Avenue. The extra work necessary to accomplish the realignment shall be by others. 14. Driveway access to Stevens Creek Boulevard and Mary Avenue shall be subject to the approval of the Director of Public Works. The City reserves the right to require modification and channelization of the driveway locations if future traffic conditions warrant. 15.
