RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP

CONDITIONS:
1-12. Standard Conditions
13. In the event the realignment of Mary Avenue is realized the
appropriate dedications shall be made by the developer as re-
quired by the City of Cupertino. The developer shall be
responsible for the installation of the normal city improvements
based upon existing alignment of Mary Avenue. The extra work
necessary to accomplish the realignment shall be by others.
14. Driveway access to Stevens Creek Boulevard and Mary Avenue shall
be sub�ect to the approval of the Director of Public Works.
The City reserves the right to require modification and chan-
nelization of the driveway locations if future traffic conditions
warrant.
15. Removal of mature trees (12 inches in diameter or more) shall be
subject to the approval of the Planning Director and the Archi-
tectural and Site Approval Committee.

the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll call vote:
