RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMEND-
ING THE GRANTING OF A ZONE CHANGE
WHEREAS the attached application has been submitted to the City of Cupertino
requesting a change of zone in the zoning regulations of the City, as stated
on Page 2; and
WHEREAS the Planning Commission has held at least one public hearing in re-
gar=d to the application on the date as noted on said application; and
WHEREAS the Planning Commission has duly considered and heard all evidence
stabmitted in regard to said application; and
��I-�FI�A.S the necessary public notices have been given as required by the
'^�����_��g Ordinance of the City of Cupertino;
��T(lln' y �T'HEREFORE� BE IT RESOLVED:
1� "hat the Planning Commission finds that the proposed zone change:
�. Encour�ages the most appropriate use of land,
k�, Conserves and stabilizes the value of property,
c. Provides for adequate open spaces for light and air,
c�. Permits adequate control of fires,
��. Promotes the Ylealth, safety and public welfa:re,
t:, Provides for the orderly development of the Ciry
�. Is advantageous to the property and improvements in t�he zoning
district and neighborhood :in which the property is located�
2. That said Planning Commission, therefore, reports favorably to the
City Council in the ma.tter of granting said zone cha.ngeo Said
:�.pproval to be subject to the following conditions°

grades and be constructed in acc�rdance with st;anda.rd.s specified
by the City Engineer.
8. Drainage within and without the development shall be to the satis-
faction �f the City Engineer.
��. Street improvements abutting the applicant's property shall be

on appr�ved plot plan and shall be required to pay for required
engineering, checking and inspection fees prior to issuance of
