Coughlan, d.b.a. Stevens Creek Garden Center, Inc. at 19300 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California, be and hereby is recommended for revocation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That any Use Permit in the future is a proper subject for a new application with such conditions as may be appropriate under con- ditions as they have changed.
