WHEREAS, by Resolution No ��-99 the Commission set the above cap-
tioned matter down for hearing pursuant to Section 5 of Ordinance
No. 002�a� Revised, and
WHEREAS, notice was duly given by publication and posting on the
premises ten (10� days prior to the date of this hearing, and
WHEREAS, the Commission has heard all of the facts at the public
hearing and goqd appearing therefor and it being to the public
interests;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Use Permit granted November 6, 1967, to John F. Coughlan,
d.b.a. Stevens Creek Garden Center, Inc. at 19300 Stevens Creek
Boulevard, Cupertino, California, be and hereby is recommended
for revocation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That any Use Permit in the future is a proper subject for a new
application with such conditions as may be appropriate under con-
ditions as they have changed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That a certified copy of this resolution be mailed to permittee
at his last known address.
