PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 1+99
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE REVOCATION OF USE PERMIT
DATED NOVEMBER 6, 1967 FOR JOHN F. COUGHLAN, D.B.A. STEVENS CREEK
GARDEN CENTER, INC. AND GIVING NOTICE THEREO _ __
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commis�on on or about June 12,
1967 denyed a use permit which decision was appealed and, there-
after, on November 6, 1967 the City Council granted a use permit
to John F. Caughlan, d.b.a. Stevens Creek Garden Center, Inc.,
hereinafter called "permittee" for the purpose of mixing and selling
concrete in small amounts, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is informed and believes
that it is no longer to the public interest that the use permit
be continued for the reason that it appears that the use permit
has been abandoned and that prior to abandonment certain conditions
of the permit were not complied with;
NOW, THER�FORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That on April 22, 1968 at the hour of 8:00 P. M. in
Council Chambers of the City Hall at 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino,
California, the Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing
as required by Ordinance No. 002(a) Revised, Section 3:3 thereof,
to consider revocation of the use p�rmit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That a certified copy of this resolution be posted on
the premises of permittee at 19300 Steuens Creek Blvd., Cupertino,
California; that a certified copy of this resolution be mailed to
permittee at his last known address and that a certif ied copy of
this resolution be published in the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of Cupertino.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 8th day of April, 1968 at a
regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino
