RESOLUTION OF THE PL•ANNING COMMISSION 0�' THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMEND-
ING THE GRANTTNG OF A ZONE CHANGE
WHEREAS the attached application has been submitted to the City of Cupertino
requesting a change of zone in the zor�ing regulations of the City, as stated
on Page 2; and
WHEREAS the Planning C�mmisszon has held �,t leasL one.public hearing in re-
gard to the application on the date as noted. �n said application; and
WHEREAS the Planning Commission has duly considered and heard all evidence
submitted in regard to said application; ar�d
WHEREAS the necessary public notices have been given as required by the
Zoning Ordinance of the Ci.ty of Cupertino;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLUED;
l. That the Planning Commission finds that the proposed zone change:
a. Encourages the most appropriate use of land,
b. Conserves and stabilizes the value of property,
c. Provides for a.dequate open spaces for light and air,
. d. Permits adequate control of fires,
e. Promotes the health. safety and public welfare,
f. Provides for tre orderly development of the City,
g. Is ad.vantageous to the property and improvements in the zoning
district and rieighporhood. in which fre property is located.
2. That said Pl�nning Commission, therefore, reports favorably to the
City Council in the matter of granting said zone change. Said
approval to be suk�ject to the following conditions:

7. Curbs, gutters� sid.ewalks, and. structures shall be installed to
grades and be constr�ucted in accordance with standards specified
by the City Erzginee.r�e
8, Drainage within and without the development shall be to the satis-
faction of the Ci_ty En�ineere
9. Street improvements a.butting the applicant's property shall be
according to Cifi.y standards a.nd specifications.
