ING THE GRANTING OF A ZONE C�i:ANGE
WHEREAS the attached applica�ior� has been submitted to the City of Cupertino
requesting a change of zorie in the zoning regulations of the City, as stated
on Page 2; an.d
WHEREAS the Planning Commission ha.s held a.t least one public hearing in re-
gard to the application on the d�.te as noted. on said application; and
WHEREAS the Planning Cotnmission has duly consid.ered and heard all evidence
submitted in regard to said applicati�n; ar�d.
WHEREAS the necessary public notices ha.ve been given as required by the
Zoning Ordinance of tr.e Ci.ty oi Cupert:ino;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESO��IED e
l. That the Planning Commission finds that the proposed zone change:
a. Encourages the most appropriate use of land,
b. Conserves and stab�lizes the value of property,
c. Provides for a.dequat•e open spaces for light and air,
d. Permits adequate contr°ol of fires,
e. Promotes the healt:�� safety and public welfare,
f. Provides for t�e o.rderly aevElopment oi the City,
g. Is advantageo�:{s to trie property and improvements in the zoning
district and n°ighborl�ood in which tre property is located,

City Council in the ma�ter of granting said zone change. Said
