RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A USE PERNiIT for Phase I

CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS:
1. The Development shall conform to the Exhibits (A and B) in-
corporated with the Use Permit.
2. Problems concerning Homestead Roac� �o be dealt with in con-
nection with a Use Permit f�r a subsequent stage; it is
understood that a median in Homestead Road may restrict
entrance-exit movements to right 'curns.
3. A Final Map shall b.e filed indicating a 20� dedication for
roadway purposes along the southerly edge of t�e sub�ject
propertyo This roadway dedication may be included on the
map filed on the Intersil site (16 Said dedication
ma.y be re,jected at time of Final Map approval by the City
Council.
�. Parking spaces for employees may be 9'x20� instead of
10�x20�.

RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
GRANTING A USE PERMIT.
WHEREAS the Planning Commissior. of the City of Cupertino received
an application for a USE PERMIT, as stated on page 2; and
WHEREAS the applicant has met the burden of proof required to
support said application; and
WHEREAS the Planning Commission finds that the application meets
the following requirements:
a. Encourages the most appropriate use of land,
b. Conserves and stabilizes the value of property,
c. Provides for ade�uate open spaces for light and air,
d. Permits adequa�e control of fires,
e. Promotes the health, safety and public welfare,
f. Provides for the orderly development of the City, and
g. Is advantageous to the property and improvements in
the zoning district and neighborhood in which the
property is located;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and
other evider�ce submitted in this matter, the application for
the USE PERMIT be, and the same is hereby granted, subject to
the conditions stated on page 2; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the aforementioned findings be approved and adopted, and
that the Secretary be, and is hereby directed to notify the
parties affected by this decision.
