CONDITIONS:
l. The applicant is to keep no more th�n four ��+� horses on
the property.
2. The duration of this Use Permit is to be one (l� year.
3. Horses are not to be ridden off the premises or on adjacent
areas, and are to be transported to other riding areas by
trailer or truck.
�. Adequate fencing and screening to be constructed to contain
the horses and protect adjacent properties, including the
view from Stevens Creek Blvd. The fence that will be facing
Stevens Creek Blvd. is to be a solid board fence six (6�
feet high the entire width of the property; except that the
fence may be eliminated where it is attached to the garage.
The fence will be approximately fifty (50� feet from
� Stevens Creek Blvd. Also, there shall be fencing of a
similar nature on the eastern portion of the property
bordering the professional center on Stevens Creek Blvd.
5. The applicant must comply wif,h the County Health Department
regulations as to sanitation.

RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
GRANTING A USE PERMIT.
WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received
an application for a USE PERMIT, as stated on page 2; and
WHEREAS the applicant has met the burden of proof required to
support said application; and
WHEREAS the Plannirg Commission finds that the application meets
the following requirements:
a. Encourages the most appropriate use of land,
b. Cor�serves and stabilizes the value of property,
c. Provides for ade�uate open spaces for light and air,
d. Permits adequa�e control of fires,
e. Promotes the health, safety and public welfare,
f. Provides for the orderly development of the City, and
g. Is advantageous to the property and improvements in
the zonirlg district and neighborhood in which the
property is located;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and
other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for
the USE PERMIT be, and the same is hereby granted, subject to
the conditions stated on page 2; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the aforementioned findings be approved and adopted, and
that the Secretary be, and is hereby directed to notify the
parties affected by this decision.
