CONDITIONS:
1. The cross-section of Mary Avenue to be changed to require a
�0-ft half street dedication with improvements to the satis-
faction of the Director of Public Works .
2. This applicant is jointly responsible with the developer of
the area covered by Application 11-TM-67 to secure dedication
of that portion of Greenleaf Drive presently on the Garden
Gate School property, and to improve same to City standards.
3• Mary Avenue shall be flared near Lot 27 to provide a smooth
transition from existing section in front of Lot 11�- to the
wider section; design as approved by the Director of Public
Works.
�. The Tentative Map will reflect the fact that the lots are
measured to the nearest foot, and the final map will show
the correct figures. No lot shall be less than 7500 sq. ft.
in area.
5• This developer (Ditz-Crane� is nat at this time responsible
for the improvement of Mary Avenue adjacent to Lot 11� as
shown on this Tentative Map.
