WHEREAS the attac��ed app. - 1ica�ioi� has been submitted to the City of Cupertin�
requesting a change of z�ne in the zoning regulations of the City, as stated
on Page 2; an.d.
WHEREAS the Planning Comm�ssion ha.s held a.t least one public hearing in re-
gard to the a,pplicat,ion on the date as nored on said application; and
WHEREAS the Plann:i.ng Commission has duly cons:id.ered and heard all evidence
submitted in regard to sa.id application; dnd.
WHEREAS the necessary public notices have been given as required by the
, Zoning Ordinance of the C:it;y of Cupert:ino;
NOW, THEREFORE� BE :IT RESOL�7ED�
l. That the Planning Corrimission finds that the proposed zone change:
a. Encourages the most app.ropriate use of land,
b. Conserves a.nd sta�ilize� the value of property,
c. Provid.es f or a.dequat.e open spa.ces f or light and air,
d. Permits adeqtiiate control of fires,
e. Promotes the healt:�. safety and public welfare,

g. Is ad.��antageous to t��e property and improvements in the zoning
distr.ict ar�d r�e:�gl�borpo��d in which r,re property is located.
