THE APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP.

CONDITIONS:
1. The accessway to the park between lots 36 and 37 shall be a
minimum of 20 feet, and shall be dedicated to the City. The
Tentative Map will be revised accordingly.
2. The extension of Portal Avenue south of Stevens Creek Blvd.
shall be dedicated to the City, and shall be 60 feet wide.
That part of the extension of Portal Avenue between Stevens
Creek Blvd. and the northerly line of the subdivision shall
be improved to City standards to a width of 2�+ feet and thE
cross section will be shown on the revised Tentative Map,
3• All street grades within the subdivision are to be at leas�t
0.��, and shall be so indicated on the revised Tentative Map.
4. The width of elbow and cul de sac lots, measured at the
building setback line, shall be at least 60 feet, as measured
at right angles from either side property line.
