t, RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A VARIANCE to increase
the allowable fence height for a storage enclosure
located on a property line - from six (6) feet to
eight (8) feet. .

FINDINGS:
The increased fence height will discourage children using the
YMCA playground fr.om climbing into the proposed equipment
enclosure and thereby exposing themselves to potentially
dangerous equipment.
