� 1-14 Standard Development Conditions
15 The Inter-City Agreement with the City of Santa Clara, as pertaining
to height of buildings and buffering within 150 feet of residential
property, shall be adhered to with the exception that 17 feet of
height for the proposed building is allowed in lieu of the 16 feet
stipulated in the aforementioned agreement.
16 The performance standards in the Light Industrial Ordinance per-
��.. taining to noise and lighting shall be adhered to. Provision shall
be made for sound baffling arLd shielding of the air-conditioning
equipment as a part of the building plans and sha11 be so indicateci
on the plans prior to issuance of a building permit.
