43.1 acres into 211 single-family residential lots and
one lot to be held in common ownership.

LOCATION: Southerly of and adjacent to Stevens Creek Boulevard,
approximately 1600 feet west of Foothill Boulevard
ZONE: P (Planned Development) with residential use intended
ACREAGE: 43.1 acres
CONDITIONS:
1-14 Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with
the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict
does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15 All conditions as set forth in Planning Commission Resolution Nos.
919 and 974 approving the zoning and use permit shall apply.
® 16 Approval is granted based upon Tentative Map Exhibit A - 1st
Revision.
17 The final grading plan shall be subject to review by the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of October, 1971 at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
