In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15 All conditions as set forth in Planning Commission Resolution Nos. 919 and 974 approving the zoning and use permit shall apply. ® 16 Approval is granted based upon Tentative Map Exhibit A - 1st Revision. 17 The final grading plan shall be subject to review by the Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
