recommending that.the suggested conditions of approval

September.22, 1971 on Application 18-TM-71 be attached
should the City Council approve Applications 23-Z-71
and 18-TM-71. It is suggested that an additional
condition be attached ensuring the retention of all
mature native trees located on the property involved.
