The conditions set forth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 928 shall apply to the extent that they do not conflict with the con- ditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist the conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 2. The total area of individual lots plus common area usable for re- creational purposes, but excluding common area for parking and traffic, in square feet, sha11 be at least 3100 times the number • of dwelling units. The number of dwelling units shall not exceed two hundred and five (205). . 3. All buildings, fences, streets and other roadways, parking areas, landscaging and other facilities or features shall be located sub- stantially as shown on the development plan labeled "Exhibit A". 4. One dwelling unit shall be removed or relocated from the northwest � portion of the pro�ject so as to enable Build�ng "A" located ad�acerit to and directly north of the pool area to be moved north to its original position as indicated on "Zoning Exhibit B- 2nd. Revision of 17-Z-71". If said unit is relocated it shall be subject to the approval of the Planning Director. - 5. The interior parking bay stalls shall be redesigned so as to allow adequate back-up space.
