500 feet north of T�erritt Drive.
CONDITIONS:
1-14 Standard Conditions
15 Street dedication and improvements, and fees normally
collected for a subdivision shall apply also for the
lot marked "Not a part" of this subdivision.
16 The 61' wide lot labeled "Private Street" shall con- �
stitute a 61' wide �ublic service easement; other
public service or utilities easements may be iiicor-
porated in the plan.
� 17 The applicant shall reconstruct the termini of
Deodara and Cypress Drives as required by the City
Engineer.
18 Emergency vehicular access shall be designed as a
part of the landscape plan at the terminus of
Deodara Drive.
19 Lots 1 through 10 shall be shifted westerly to a
point within 20 feet of the proposed easterly right
of way line of Blaney so as to enable lot 46 to be
increased in size to 66'+-.
20 The pavement, curbs, gutters and storm drains of .
the private street shall be constructed to the
standards of City streets, subject to the approval
� of the City Engineer, except that the City Engineer
may permit modifications recommended by a licensed
engineer and subject to C�.ty �.nspection.
21 The private street and the major walkways shall be
lighted to an intensity accordi.ng to good engineer-
�.ng practices and standards for tize purposes intended;
the type and location of electroliers subject to
approval by the Architectural and Site Approval
Committee.
