In the event that a conflict does exist the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15 Adherence to the conditions-set'forth in Planning"Commission Resolution No. 928 approving the zoning of the property is hereby made a condition of approval of this Tentative Map. 16 In the event the installation of traffic signals becomes necessary • at the intersection of Homestead Road and Blue Jay Drive the developer shall participate in the cost of said signalization in the amount of one-fourth of the total cost. 17 Use of the storm drain easement adjacent to Blaney Avenue shall be subject to the approval of the Santa Clara County Flood Control District. 18 A performance bond for future retaining walls adjacent to the ramped portion of street "A" shall be provided. 19 The applicant shall make provision for the future dedication of Homestead Road to attain a 110 right-of-way.when deemed desirable by the City Council. --------------------- 7----------------------------------------------------- PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 1971, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Hirshon, NAYS: Commissioner Buthenuth ABSENT: None A* ATTEST: James H.
