15 The use permit, as amended, is granted for the land as described in
the application and any attachments thereto and as shewn on the plot
plan submitted labeled Exhibit A-3rd Revision of 5-U-71/6--U-71,
First phase.
16 The applicant shall bear a proportional share, as determined by the
City, of the cost of providing signalization at the entrance to the
. property and Pruneridge Avenue midway between Wolfe Ro�d and Tantau
Avenue. Said signal shall be installed at such time as warranted by
the City of Cupertino. Design of dri�eway approaches and traffic
control devices shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer.
