Reso 0911RESOLUTION NO. 911 (MINUTE ORDER) • OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO interpreting the ML (Light Industrial) Ordinance in the case of Mr. Dan Martinovich, 10125 Parkwood Drive, Cupertino, California As provided by Section 112.6 of the ML (Light Industrial) Ordinance, the Planning Commission determined that Mr. Martinovich's request to construct a 44-ft. sailboat in a place and manner as indicated on his exhibit dated June 14, 1971 is a permitted use. The Commission determined that the use is temporary in nature and as such granted approval for a 22 year period. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1971 at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Buthenuth, Hirshon, Meyers, Puetz, Irwin NAYS: None ABSENT: None APPROVED: eith E.
