CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS:
1-14 Standard Conditions
15 The amended use permit is granted for the land as described in the
application and any attachments thereto and as shown on the plot plan
labeled Exhibit C, lst Revision.
16 Removal of mature trees (12 inches or more in diameter) shall be subject
to the approval of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
® 17 Shops having a single entrance to the interior garden court shall not
be located farther than 40 feet from the ends of the buildings, as
shown on Exhibit C, lst Revision or as an alternative access shall be
provided to allow emergency vehicles to enter said garden court.
