15 The developer shall make provisions for the fee dedication or
dedication of an easement of property to the Santa Clara County
Flood Control District which would be required to enable said
District to acquire..land in fee dedication from the bottom of
Regnart Channel to the top of bank plus a contiguous 15-foot
easement beginning from said top of bank line.
® 16 Upon development of Parcel B, a turn -around area for automobiles
shall be provided so as to encourage frontal access to Krzich
Place.
