presented to the Architectural and Site Control Committee.
2. Adequate space for a turnaround, and a complete circulation
pattern, shall be provided.

ad�acent property cer.tain rights regarding the design of
this building. The City of Cupertino is no part of this
a�reement, however.

WHEREAS, the Planning CommisN�_on of the City of Cupertino
received an applic�tion for a USE I'ER.M�:`I', as stated on page two; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has met the btxrdern of proof required
to support his said application; and
WHEREAS, the Plannin� Commission .finds that th� application
meets the follo�n�ing reauirements o
a. Encourages the most appropriate use of land, _
b. Conserves and stabi�izes the value of property,
c. Provides for adequate open spaces for light �nd air,
d. Permits adeauate control of fires,
e. Promotes the health, safety and public welfare,
f. Provides for the or�lerly development of the City, and
g. Is advantageous to the property and improvements in the
zoning district and neighborhood in which the property is
