FINDINGS:
The Tentative Map does not comply with the conditions of the Planning
Commission's Resolutions No. 272 and 289, and the City Council's
Ordinance No 313 these conditions being:

13. Access road to be constructed by the developer, to connect with
Foothill Blvd., via Alpine Drive.
1�. The 33 acres will contain no more than 111 lots.
15. The Tentative Map must provide access for lots along Foothill
Blvd. to the internal street pattern, so that they can be served
from the easi, side rather than from Foothill Blvd.
Conditions in P.C. Res. No. 289 for rezoning of 1 acre to R-2-H:
13. There sha.11 be no access through the area to be rezoned from
Foothill Blvd. to internal streets.
1�4. Access shall be provided for the lots along Foothill Blvd. to
the internal street pa�tern, so that they can be served from
the east side, rather than from Foothill Blvd.
15. Ea.ch duplex shall have at least three �nclosed garage spaces,
in order to prevent excessive parking in streets tha.t also
would serve an area zoned R-1.
