RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSTON Or' Ti�t� CI`.PY OF CUPERTINO
GRANTING A USE PERMIT.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commis�ion of the City of Cupertino
received an applicatian for a USE �'ERM:CT, as stated on page two; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has met the burdern of proof required
to support his said application; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission .finds that the application
meets the follov��ing req_uirements a
a. Encourages the most appropriate use of 1and,
b. Conserves and stabi�izes the value of property,
c. Provides for adequate open spaces for light and air,
d. Permits adeauate control of fires,
e. Promotes the health, safety and public welfare,
f. Provides for the orclerly development of the City, and
g. Is advantageous to the property and improvements in the
zoning district and neighborhood in which the property is
located;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consid.eration of maps, facts, exh3.bits and
other evidence submitted in thys matter, the application for the USE
PERMIT be and the same is hereby granted, subject to the conditions
stated on page two; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the aforementioned f incings be approved and adopted, and
that the Secretary be, and is hereb�r directed to notify the parties
affected by this decision.
